  3. Easy to navigate - has a link to the main page from every other page; has links to the top on long pages.
     
  4. Pages are quick to load
     
  5. Works reasonably with a wide variety of browsers, operating systems, and computers.
     
  6. Meets accessibility standards.
     
  7. Is search engine friendly
    1. Each page has a good title
    2. Each page has META Tags
    3. Each picture has a good ALT statement

  8. Looks nice
     
  9. Prints well--white on black usually doesn't.
     
  10. Easy to maintain--unlike the html output from Word.
