Hazelton is located on highway K-2 in southeastern Barber [BA] County. The broad main street has many well preserved brick buildings. The "modern" school on the west side of town demonstrates the streamlined look popular in earlier times.If you take take the main street east, it turns into a good unpaved road that takes you to Corwin. You can also take a paved county road north to Sharon on highway US-160. Kansas highway KS-2 goes southwest to Kiowa or north and east to Anthony.
