Description

Lincolnville is located in northeastern Marion [MN] county. The town is compact and is mostly contained between the U. P. tracks and highway US 77. The main drag, First Street, runs east-west, perpendicular to both; downtown has a store, a bank, public buildings, and a medical clinic. The Pilsen State Bank moved here from nearby Pilsen; the building dates from about 1920. The city park has new playground equipment and the town projects a strong sense of civic pride.
