"THE ORACLE IS THE SUCCESSOR of several more or less successful school papers that we have had.  But not until two years ago was the school paper made a strictly school publication.  At that time each of the four classes elected a member of the editorial staff.  These four representative students then organized and from the number elected an editor, an associate editor, a circulation manager and an advertising manager.  Reporters were then chosen by each class to furnish news of the shool for the columns of the paper. ....."
