Dear Corvette Enthusiast,
You are cordially invited to participate in "The 11th Annual Gas Capital Car Club Show featuring 50 Years of Corvettes"! This will be a once-in-a-lifetime 'Vette show as there will only be one 50th Anniversary of the Corvette.
The show will be held in conjunction with the 11th Annual Gas Capital Car Club Show in Hugoton, Kansas the weekend of August 23 & 24, 2003.
Our goal is to have all 50 years of Corvettes assembled for this show.
This is an ambitious goal for a small club, but with the help of people like you, it will happen! We hope you will display your 'Vette' and encourage your fellow owners to also display theirs.
The list on the left shows which years are signed up to be there and which years we are still needing.
If you choose to join in the celebration, some of the events planned are:
- Group photo of all Corvettes w/ copies and individual photos to participants
- Best of Show Awards for each generation of Corvettes
- Poker Run
- Friday Night Reception for early arrivals
- Saturday Night Social, Dinner & Dance for all participants
- Sunday Church Service in the City Park
As you might imagine, the camaraderie with many other Corvette owners and auto enthusiasts will be priceless. We hope you will take advantage of this great opportunity.
