VFW Stag & Stagette

Each first Wednesday of every month a great meal is served with chicken fried steak, lamb fries, salads, beans and other trimmings.

St. Patrick's Day Dinner

This has been held annually in March for many years at the Catholic Church Hall. Roast beef, ham, pies and all the trimmings are the menu. Approximately 400-500 people attend. A country store with home-baked goods and crafts are available that day for sale.

PRIDE Sponsored Events

In 1979 the Grinnell Youth PRIDE began sponsoring a community Easter Egg Hunt. GAB (Grinnell Area Boosters) and PRIDE continue the tradition still. Swimming lessons, youth PRIDE community clean-up, Halloween spook parade, perennial flower exchange, & Christmas decorating contest. For more information, contact Sandy Moore at (785) 672-2410.
