Grinnell - A city of PRIDE


Grinnell has been a member of the Kansas PRIDE Program since 1978. The program is a volunteer, grassroots effort to improve the quality of life in the community.

The Grinnell Youth PRIDE has been an asset to the overall PRIDE program, as well.

Some of the major improvements in Grinnell made through the PRIDE organization are, to name a few:

    • Senior Citizen Center
    • Moore Family Library
    • Street signs & house numbers
    • Community bulletin board
    • Welcome to Grinnell sign
    • Community owned grocery store
