Cunningham is located on highway US-54 in western Kingman County.  As you visit Cunningham, look north up the broad main street to the school at the end.  This is a common pattern in Kansas and suggests the value early settlers placed on schools.
 
The Cunningham Museum, located in the old AT&SF depot, offers Cunningham area memorabilia and railroad artifacts.  The tiny jail next to it looks uncomfortable enough to keep the most hardened criminal honest!
