Review of the request to uphold the recommendation of the Planning Commission and approve Case No. Z-10-02 an application to change the zoning from the R-1 Single Family Residential District to the R-2 Multi-Family Residential District on the north 140 feet of Lot 1 Block Two ICM Addition and adopt Ordinance No. 631
    4.
