Chicago (formerly Stroot Farm) and adopt Ordinance No. 630
    3. Review of the request to uphold the recommendation of the Planning Commission and approve Case No. Z-10-02 an application to change the zoning from the R-1 Single Family Residential District to the R-2 Multi-Family Residential District on the north 140 feet of Lot 1 Block Two ICM Addition and adopt Ordinance No. 631
    4. Review of the request to uphold the recommendation of the Planning Commission and approve Case No. Z-10-03 an application to change the zoning from the Sedgwick County Rural Residential District to the R-1 Single Family Residential District on the north portion of the Sedgwick County Rural Residential property located behind 210 E. Chicago and approve Ordinance No. 632
    5. Review of the request to uphold the recommendation of the Planning Commission and approve Case No. SU-10-01 an application requesting a special use permit to establish an active City Park in the R-1 Single Family Residential District and adopt Ordinance No. 633
