Monday, July 18,
2011, in the city building. The meeting was called to consider and/or take action on Budget work. Present were Mayor Mike Urban, Council Persons: Kirk Schneweis, Casey Hubbard, Leon Oberle, Kelly Nixon and Dan Michaelis. Also present: City Clerk Patricia Schmidt, Robert Gunder, Richard Hayes and Mel Waite. |

| Meeting called to order. | The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM. | |
| Approval of agenda. | Michaelis moved to approve the agenda, Hubbard seconded with all in favor. | |
| Receive visitors. | None. | |
| Budget work session. | Revenues, expenditures and the mill levy were among the items discussed during the budget study session. The Budget hearing will be held at the August 8th council meeting. | |
| Adjournment | Michaelis moved, Oberle seconded, with all in favor to adjourn the meeting at 8:37 PM. | |
