A downtown holiday lighting festival takes place on the around the Historic Courthouse Square, complete with carriage rides, Santa Claus and retail guessing games.

November 28, 2009 Blair Bash

          "Country Christmas" a fundraising event for the Blarie Theater in Downtown Belleville. Social begins at          6:00 PM. Entertainment by Jared "Pete" Gile. Ticket price $15 per person or $25 per couple.          Country Casual Attire. Tickets available at the Blair Theater, Belleville City Office, Chamber/Main Street          Office, Belleville Medical Clinic, Pacha Pork and Blair board members.
