Wonderful is the way I know
Where the grass is green and the flowers grow,
And the road is winding over a hill,
To a pool below that is deep and still.
Wonderful is a time I know
When the song birds come and the soft winds blow
And the heart is glad for it knows no pain,
When it hears the dash of the springtime rain.
Wonderful is this world I know
Where joy and sorrow both come and go,
For the heart will reap where it has sown,
And happiness ever may claim her own.
