The Heartland Chapter of REFORMA was founded in 1997 to promote library services to Spanish speaking people in the midwestern United States. Membership is open to all interested library staff, sustainers, supporters, and students. Mission Statement: The Heartland Chapter of REFORMA is committed to advocate and support the delivery of quality library services and information to Latinos and the Spanish-speaking.
