For convention and meals, $80.
For spouses of members, meals only $45.

Send Registration Form [pdf file, linked here] and check as payment by September 5th to:

Registration after September 5th will be accepted at a higher fee of $88.
Room reservations might not be available at Ramada Hotel & Conference Center after September 5.
