We are offering several ways for authors, businesses and individuals to financially support our state convention in October via advertising or as a sponsor.
Details are available on printable sheets, attached below.
Here's a summary:
Advertising: This is for ads in the convention program which will also go onto KAC's website, so exposure for the advertiser is enormous. The planning committee approved, at the April meeting, a discount schedule to encourage early advertising signups. That discount schedule is also attached. For example, for really early birds (deadline May 1) there's a 50% discount!
Vendor Table: Talk up your product to attendees at a vendor table. See form for options. Deadline to register: Sept. 1, 2013.
Snack Sponsorships: The hotel will be providing some snacks, so we won't starve, but if we want extra special snacks we'll need to pay the hotel to provide those. The snack sponsors will be very much appreciated. These sponsorships are set up to fit just about any budget.
General Sponsorships: There are various levels of general sponsorships, again basically to fit any budget, including no budget..
