The Kingman Carnegie Library is a beautiful, Neo-Classical building with two main floors, a basement level, and an elevator and handicap access at the south entrance. The original structure, which is listed on the Kansas and National Register of Historic Places, was dedicated on June 23, 1914.

Over the years it has been remodeled, so that today the library is a modern, comfortable, well equipped facility, with many exciting resources (from genealogy to the internet) for all ages to enjoy.
