Dig Into Reading!

Emporia Public Library's Children's Summer Reading Program theme for 2013 is "Dig into Reading!" Activites will include storytimes, movies, special programs and Brown Bag Concerts. Participants in the Children's Summer Reading Program (ages birth to 5th grade) are encouraged to keep track of the minutes they read each week.

Prizes will be given for every 100 minutes read. Grand prizes will be awarded to the participants who have read the most minutes by the end of summer. Plan to join us for 8 weeks of funa nd great reading this summer!
