Kansas Lawmaker CD ROM is designed for the middle school and junior high school student in grades 6 through 9.

1. It is designed for both classroom and individualized use.
2. Multimedia is used to present the content in a way likely to engage the middle school/junior high student.
3. Kansas Lawmaker uses graphics, text, sounds and video to appeal to the target group and to optimize learning.
