Maybe Someday

Maybe someday,
Is no answer to his question
Maybe someday
Only fuddles up his brain
Maybe someday
Only adds to his frustration
Maybe someday
He won't ask you that again.
Maybe someday
You can answer his painful question
Maybe someday
It won't make the teardrops start
Maybe someday
You can answer without hesitation
Maybe someday
You wont have a broken heart
Maybe someday
The sun won't rise at morning
Maybe someday
Rainbows won't follow storms
Maybe someday
Babies won't come to daddies
Asking questions, whose only answer is,
Maybe someday
But until then
My broken heart gives out the answer
Maybe someday
And Maybe someday ain't an answer
Anymore.
