NAME, DATE OF DEATH: Ora Otis Baldwin, 88, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2001, at his home

DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: May 8, 1913, on the family farm in rural Rooks County

PARENTS: Arthur H. and Effie Jane (Bonebrake) Baldwin

SURVIVORS: His wife, Lila M. Eichman Baldwin, of the home; two sons, Larry, Zurich, and Steve, Plainville; a sister, Verna Bouchey, Wichita; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Two sisters, Verle Wyatt and Novella Zimmerman, and three brothers, Alfred, Jessie and Aaron Baldwin
