NAME, DATE OF DEATH: Erma Thomas, 94, formerly of Plainville, (Rooks County, KS) died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2002, at the Lutheran Home

DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: April 24, 1907, near Zurich, Kansas

PARENTS: John and Daisy (Pywell) Foulke

SURVIVORS: A daughter, Janet Heiland, Ellis; and a granddaughter. She was preceded in death by a sister, Eda Smee, a brother, Clinton Foulke, and two half-brothers, Delbert and Delwin Mendenhall

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Her husband, Leo R. “Hank” Thomas, he died June 16, 1996
