6/23/1912 — 3/19/2008Isabell Stieben, 95 of WaKeeney, died Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at the Trego County-Lemke Memorial Hospital Long Term Care in WaKeeney. She was born June 23, 1912, in Trego County to Fred and Katherine (Deines) Margheim. She attended schools in rural Trego County. She married Emanuel Stieben on Aug. 16, 1931, at Zion Lutheran Church, WaKeeney. He preceded her in death Nov. 17, 1997. She was co-owner and operator of Stieben Produce.

Survivors include a daughter, Darlene Schneider, a sister, Viola Deines, two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, WaKeeney; burial in WaKeeney City Cemetery.
