Elaine A. Spitsnaugle, 82, Loveland, Colo., formerly of WaKeeney, died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, at McKee Medical Center in Loveland, Colorado.

She married Willis "Sam" Spitsnaugle on Aug. 29, 1922, in Ellis.

Survivors include a son, Tom Spitsnaugle, two daughters, Vicki Skroch, and Kim Schwartz, four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for burial of ashes of Elaine and her husband, Willis "Sam" Spitsnaugle will be at 1 p.m. Monday in WaKeeney City Cemetery.
