Vance R. Pearson, 67, WaKeeney, died Friday, July 6, 2007, at his home. He was born July 11, 1939, in WaKeeney to Donald and Esther (Schemm) Pearson. He was a 1957 graduate of Trego Community High School and attended Bethany College. He married Mary Ann (Wiedeman) Pearson on April 5, 1969, in WaKeeney. He was a farmer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include a son, Jerot Pearson, a daughter, Karen Holland, a brother, Larry Pearson, a sister, Janice Hacker, and five grandchildren.
Burial is in the WaKeeney City Cemetery, in WaKeeney.
