Harry Thomas Robert “Bob” Fuller
Harry Thomas Robert “Bob” Fuller, Age 82, Ellis, died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007 at Hays Medical Center. He was born on October 22, 1924 in Philadelphia, PA. the son of Matthew Herbert Fuller Sr. and Geraldine (Ports). Robert married Shirley Imogene (Evans) in San Diego, CA. on June 13, 1948. Robert was a veteran of the US Navy attaining the rank of Quartermaster. His service duty included serving on a destoyer escort during WWII and on a submarine during the Korean campaign. His work career started as an Engineering Writer with General Dynamics Convair Aeronautical Division in San Diego, CA. After ten years he went to work for Lockheed in Ontario, CA. Where he was the head publication’s writer for thirty years.
Survivors include his wife Imogene of the home, one son: Robert Steven Fuller one daughter: Carol Lynn Fergen and husband Virgil, Four grandchildren: Scott Delo, Michael Fuller, Dakota Fuller and Samantha Fuller, five great-grandchildren and one brother: Matthew Fuller.
His parents and two sisters preceded him in death: Dorothy Ruth Tatum and Betty Ellison.
