I am looking for some basic information on the Stanton County Dam or Bear
Creek Dam project. I believe it was to dam up Bear Creek in the 1930's. My
father worked there. Also I am looking for information about rural schools
in Stanton County. My mother taught for two years and I have a picture that
says Sherwood School and lists the students in 1938. No one in the family
knows Sherwood school was.
