The mission of the Hodgeman County Genealogical Society is to collect and preserve the genealogical history of the Hodgeman County area and to help others research their own genealogical lines.

Current officers of the society include: President: Cynthia Bach, Vice President: Mary Joanne Sorem and Secretary-Treasurer: Kathy Frusher.

Obituaries listed in HCGS obit index may be seen at the Jetmore City Library.  The staff librarian will copy any page for the library's regular charge which is 25 cents each as of June 2010.  Hodgeman County Genealogical Society will copy obituaries for a donations starting at $5 and graduating upwards depending on how many are needed and whether they are sent via email or snail mail.  Contact us via our hotmail account for specific amounts.
