EDITORIAL POLICY:
The Harper County Connections is published quarterly. Cost for the newsletter is $10.00 a year which includes membership into HCGS. Back issues may be purchased for $2.50 each. The material in the Harper County Connections does not necessarily reflect the views of the Harper County Genealogical Society nor its members. The officers, members, and editorial staff are in no way liable for the inconvenience or monetary loss to readers which may be the result of recommendations made in the articles of HCC. We encourage submissions of articles, especially data pertaining to Harper County and surrounding counties. No material will be returned unless requested and accompanied by a S.A.S.E.. BOOK POLICY:
HCGS will be happy to review genealogical materials upon receipt of a complimentary copy donated to HCGS Library presently located at the Harper Public Library 1002 Oak, Harper, Kansas 67058. Please specify donation is to the HCGS Genealogy Library. Send complimentary copies to Gail Bellar, 1607 Walnut, Harper, Kansas 67058.
QUERIES POLICY:
Queries will be published as space is available without cost.
They should pertain to Harper County. Each query should be on a separate page and must include your name and address. The editor and staff are not responsible for accuracy of queries and reserves the right to edit the text. Queries may be sent to Carol (Burke) Peterson,

RESEARCH POLICY:
Members of HCGS may perform personal research on a time available basis. "Searching in Harper County" is a helpful resource guide for you to use in your research.
Gifts and Donations
GIFTS & DONATIONS:
Donations of genealogical books and materials are welcome. That which is suitable for use in the Society's newsletter, Harper County Connections, will be published as appropriately. Suitable books and materials will be placed in the HCGS Genealogy Library presently located at the Harper Public Library, 1002 Oak, Harper, Kansas 67058.
