The Old Fort Genealogical Society is a not-for-profit corporation that is dedicated to preserving the history of our families and our communities.
All donations to the library are tax deductible, and they are greatly appreciated.
Dues are $15.00 per calendar year with an additional $2.00 for each additional member who resides in the same household. This price includes three issues of the "Old Fort Log" for the year of membership.
The OFGS library is located at 3rd and National, on the west side of Memorial Hall Building in downtown Fort Scott. Visitors and researchers are always welcome.
OFGS Council meets at 10:00 a.m., the 4th Tuesday of each month. Regular meetings to be announced.
Members, visitors and researchers are always welcome to use the library.
