Obituary of MYRLE LEE COLE
Myrle Lee Cole, 86, retired co-owner/operator of Don Cole Hairstyling Salons, died Jan. 26. Services were held Feb. 1 at Zeiner Funeral Home in Marion, with Rev. John Goering officiating. Burial was at Marion Cemetery.

She was born Sept. 3, 1913 to Joe and Francis Lee in Belmont.

On Sept. 5, 1933, she was married to Donald J. Cole, who predeceased her.

Survivors include a daughter, Judy Cole Christensen and husband Jim of Marion; sisters, Nadine Hughbanks of Wichita and Nan Ferguson of Paxton, Ariz.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A memorial fund has been established for the Marion City Library project.
