| Obituary of LEONA M. SCHULTZ |
| Leona M. Schultz, 84, homemaker and day
care cook, died Jan. 8 at Parkside Homes. Services were held Jan. 11 at
Hillsboro Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Byron Neufeld officiating. Burial
was at Balcrest Memorial Park in Salem, Ore. She was born Jan. 25, 1915 to Jacob D. Wiens and Anna Willems in Bingham Lake, Minn. On Nov. 17, 1938, she was married to David A. Schultz, who predeceased her. Survivors include sons, Gary of Fresno, Calif., and Vern of Osseo, Minn.; daughters, Marian Espenson of Saratoga, Wyo., Nancy Brucks of Wichita and Lucy Neufeld of Kingsburg, Calif.; a brother, Ben Wiens of Hillsboro; a sister, Luella Stauffer of Pipestone, Minn.; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. |
