I I am looking to check the the marriage of my grandparents. They got married twice, once in Atchison at St. Benedict's and once at Leavenworth County courthouse. IT was Aug.14, 1914. The other date I have is April, 1914. I am trying to check it out. My family treats me like a mushroom,"kepted in the dark and fed horse manure". Sure would like to know. Jennie Warrick and Samuel Singer lived in Leavenworth KS. Either she or he died in 1902. They had children, one named Maggie Belle Singer who married a Frederick Bohrman at her parents home in Leavenworth on Dec 23, 1864. They had at least one daughter by the name of Samuella (maybe Samuela). Am seeking any additional information as I happen to be in Leavenworth for this year (2001-2002). Would love to know what house they(Maggie Belle and Fred) were married at as they were my Great Great Grandparents. Furthermore would like to know of any birth or death records...and where Maggie Belle Singers parents my Great Great Great Granparents were buried. Can anyone out there help?
