Kansas Council of Genealogical Societies, Inc. started the program, Kansas Kids Kin Konnections, in 2005, for the purpose of providing parents, teachers and youth leaders with resources to help young people understand the importance of family history and family health history and the influence it has upon their lives. It is hoped the program will grow as funds are acquired.
