CCGS Library is available for research during the hours of the Frank
Carlson Library.
Microfilm of: Cloud County newspapers excepting the Blade and Empire,
Federal Census 1870 - 1920 and State agricultural Census 1875-1925.
Some Republic County census.
Comprehensive library of genealogy resources for Cloud County including
transcriptions of the Catholic church records for St. Joseph, Auroa
and Clifton.
Indexes to the 1880 and 1895 census.
Complete index to the Cloud County Cemeteries. Early Death Indexes to 1911.
Basic books from other Kansas Counties and the general library of genealogy

Extensive collection of French-Canadian resources including records from KS,

Members of the society will do research for a fee plus costs. Fees are used to
update and expand library collection.

Churches of the County
Contact the individual church after checking records at the libraries and
museums. Church records are not public records however some churches
do have volunteers that will assist you with their records or will
look up genealogy related information for you. Each congrgation has
their own policies with materials and each has different types of
records available.
