We are unsure if it was a coal or lead/zinc mine. If you have heard of any mining accident around that time, we would love to hear from you!

In a 1970 Hutchinson Kansas obit for Mrs Frances Huff it stated that Samuel Huff married Frances 1939 in Columbus. I think this was Amanda Frances Babb b 1890 Ky. She was survived by Margaret Wood and Chalmers Simpson. I would like a lookup for this marriage to see the info about Frances.
Also a lookup for a first marriage in Cherokee Co . Any information about these people will be much appreciated. Thank You, Coral Babb
