Obituary of NORA GIBNEY KNUPP
Private Services
For Mrs. J.C. Knupp

Private funeral services for Mrs. Jacob C. Knupp will be held at the Dunsford chapel Wednesday at 10:30 a. m. Mrs. Knupp aged 80 years, died at her home on east Twelfth street Monday morning.

Nora Gibney Knupp was born at Homesdale, Pennsylvania. She was married to Jake Knupp December 24, 1885 in Warren, Pa. Two daughters, Mrs. Harley Boucher, Jr. and Mrs. R.W. Johnson of Augusta survive. A brother, E.L. Gibney lives in Pampa, Tex. and a sister, Mrs. Ruth Irvin, in Mt. Jewett, Pa.

There are two grandchildren, Mrs. David Black of Augusta, and Edward Johnson of El Dorado; also a great-grandson, Phillip Johnson of El Dorado.

Mrs. Knupp with her family moved to Oklahoma from Pennsylvania in 1906 and to Butler county in 1916.

Rev. Victor A. Major will conduct the funeral service. burial will be in Elmwood cemetery. The casket will not be opened at the service.
