Obituary of ALBERT LOY PATTERSON
Albert Loy Patterson

Albert Loy Patterson died at his home in Inglewood, California, September 10, 1961. He was born April 30, 1902, in Butler Co., Kansas, the son of Albert Mansfield and Lillie Martha 'Harris' Patterson. Loy was the second of eleven children. Brothers, Ryle and Fay, of California, Ross, Clive, and Clare of Kansas and sisters, Alberta Dagel, Lillie Jackson, Lovey Boucher and Connie Urban all of Kansas, survive. A brother Lee died in 1942.

Loy married Laura Bell Dodge September 14, 1927 in Glendale, California. She survives along with a son Marvin, his wife Shirley, their children, Dennis, Cynthia and Randall; daughter Shirley Schneider, her husband Joseph, and their children Michael and Daniel; daughter Diane Bowersox, her husband Dorsey, and their children, Connie and Mark; a grandson David Patterson died in 1957.

Services were held on September 14, with burial in the Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood, California.
