Daniel BUSWELL was born in Kent, England, Dec 4, 1848 and departed this life at his home in Haddam, Nov 19, 1932 at the age of 83 years, 11 months and 15 days.

He came to America with his parents at the age of

They made their home in Illinois for a time, later moving to Marengo, IA, from thence they came to Kansas in 1879.

To this union two children were born, Luther, deceased and Adella of the home, who alone of the immediate family survives.

Mr. BUSWELL became identified with the Methodist Protestant church during the ministry of Rev. STRICKLER and became one of the loyal supporters of the --ndsey class.

He was a student of God's word and possessed an unusual understanding of the doctrines pertaining to salvation. He was a kind and considerate husband and father, a loyal neighbor and friend.

He leaves to mourn their loss his daughter, two brothers of Elyris, OH and Mareno, IA and a host of other relatives and friends.
