Obituary of MARIE T. DESMARTEAU
NAME, DATE OF DEATH: Marie T. DesMarteau, 81, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000, at Hays Medical Center.

DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: Feb. 5, 1919, in rural Damar, Kansas

PARENTS: George and Alice (Simoneau) Roberts

SURVIVORS: Three sons, Ronald, Golden, Colo., Alan, Denver, and Steve, Englewood, Colo.; three daughters, Joyce Lee, Inwood, Iowa, Carolyn Bukowski, Omaha, Neb., and Michelle Pfeifer, St. Peter; a brother, Eugene Roberts, Hill City; two sisters, Irene Morin, Damar, and Cecilia Thibault, Riverside, Calif.; and 16 grandchildren.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Her husband, Alcide "Sid" DesMarteau, an infant daughter, Sharon, a brother, Harvey, and a sister, Yvonne
