Marks and scars: Scar on ball of first left finger. Scratch scar on inside of left wrist. Scar over right eyebrow. Scar on right side of head. Front teeth out. Scar on right knee. Bubo scar in left groin.
Relative: M. M. Hibbs, 1514 South Eighteenth street, Louisville, Ky., uncle.
