White. Sentenced Feb. 3, 1902, from Miami county, for burglary. Escaped Oct. 9, 1904. Age, 28; nativity, New York; height, 5 ft. 10 in.; swarthy complexion; hair, brown; eyes, brown. Occupation, electrician.

Marks and scars: Right testicle larger than left; 3 vaccination scars on upper part of left arm, outer; dim scar on lower part of right jaw; long scar on top of head; 2 upper front teeth are decayed.

Relative: Mrs. Anna Wallace, No. 331 Hampshire street, Albany, N. Y.

Reward, $50.
