White man. Sentenced Oct. 6, 1913, from Bourbon county, to a term of 1 to 5 years, for burglary in the third degree. Paroled April 15, 1915. Violated parole April 15, 1915.

Description: Age, 27; height, 5 ft. 7 1/4 in.; weight, 140; hair, dark brown; eyes, brown; build and complexion, medium; nativity, Pennsylvania. Occupation, painter.

Marks and scars: I. Tattoo in blue at 6 in. above wrist, front, letters "W. 0. W." II. Tattoo in blue at 3 in. above wrist, front, letters "I. L." above "H. H. H." III. Small scar at edge hair line, 2 1/2 in. above left eye. Small cut scar 1/2 in. above left eye. Small round scar center back of head, parallel with top of ears.
