Negro. Sentenced June 23, 1913, from Wyandotte county, to a term of 1 to 5 years for felonious assault. Paroled June 16, 1914. Violated parole Aug. 1, 1914.

Description: Age, 40; height, 5 ft. 9 in.; weight, 169; hair and complexion, black; build, medium slender; eyes, deep maroon; nativity, Kansas. Occupation, cook and porter.

Marks and scars: I. Small cut scar second phalanx thumb, rear. Irregular scar on front index finger. Tattoo of name "Augustus Shinall" 7 in. above wrist, front. II. Two small scars second phalanx thumb, rear. Tattoo of leg 4 in. above wrist. III. Irregular scar center forehead upward from right brow. Small scar on left brow.

Relative: Augusta Shinall, 2537 Wright street, Port Huron, Mich., wife.
