Crime, grand larceny; term 1 to 5 years; age 38 years; nativity, Kansas; weight, 192; height, 5 ft. 10% in.; build, stout; complexion, medium light; hair, light brown; eyes, azure blue; occupation, farmer. One term Canyon City, Colo., as No. 7397. Escaped July 23, 1913.

Marks and scars: Oblique cut scar 1 1/4 in. long 7 in. above ,wrist, rear left band. Horizontal scar 8 in. above wrist, rear right hand. Scar 3/4 in. long, 1/2 in. above knuckle joint right index finger, rear. Irregular scar on left eyebrow.
