Description: Age, 54; height, 5 ft. 9 1/4 in.; weight, 154; hair and complexion, black; build, medium; eyes, black; nativity, Tennessee. Occupation, carpenter and fireman.

Marks and scars: 11. All four fingers cramped and stiff at all joints. Several long cut scars on back of hand. Small round scar on forearm, rear. III. Irregular cut scar on left cheek bone. Oblique cut scar I 1/2 in. long on back of head, left of center. Cut scar 1 in. long on top of head.

Relative: Emma Waller, Trinidad, Colo., wife.
