Negro. Sentenced Dec. 12, 1910, from Miami county, to a term of 1 to 7 years for larceny from a freight car. Paroled Dec. 13, 1913. Violated parole January 1, 1914.

Description: Age, 35; height, 6 ft. 1/4 in.; weight, 165; hair and complexion, black; build, slender; eyes, deep maroon; nativity, Kansas. Occupation, common laborer.

Marks and scars: I. Small scar on center back of hand. Small scar between knuckle joint of index finger and base of thumb, outer. 11. Oblique cut scar 1 in. long on palm of hand close to wrist. Small vaccination scar on upper arm. III. Horizontal cut scar 6 in. long on left side of neck, extending under jaw and left cheek. Small indentation on left side of head close to hair line. Cut scar 1 in. long on right side of head close to hair line.

Criminal record: One term U. S. prison, Leavenworth, Kan.

Relatives: Jim Jones, Gayhill, Tex., father; Emman Healey, Shreveport, La., mother.
