Description: Age, 30; height, 5 ft. 8 3/4 in.; hair, dark chestnut; complexion, medium; build, medium; eyes, dark brown; nativity, Tennessee. Occupation, waiter.

Marks and scars: III. Several black dots on left side of neck. Scar size of dollar similar to burn on right temple. Small brown mole above right eyebrow. Pointed chin.
