White man. Sentenced Nov. 12, 1909, from Lincoln county, to a term of 1 to 5 years, for burglary, third degree. Paroled May 16, 1913. Violated parole Aug. 1, 1913.

Description: Age, 32; height, 5 ft. 5 1/2 in.; weight, 168; complexion, medium; hair, brown; eyes, blue; nativity, Pennsylvania. Occupation, common laborer.

Bertillon: 66.5, 74.0, 92.5, 18.5, 15.2, 14.6, 7.2, 24.0, 11.8, 6.8, 47.3.

Finger-print classification:   9  R  OI  7 Amp.

Marks and scars: I. Third and little fingers amputated at first joint. Tattoo in blue, standing form nude woman, forearm, front. II. Small cut scar between first and middle joints middle finger, rear. Tattoo in blue and red of flowers 7 in. above wrist, front. III. Scar on lower part of left jaw. IV. All toes amputated except third and middle toes of right foot.

Relative: Dan Weir, Clinton, Ohio, father.
