Negro. Sentenced June 15, 1909, from Miami county, to a term of 1 to 7 years, for larceny from a box car. Paroled Mar. 3, 1912. Violated parole Oct. 1, 1913.

Description: Age, 26; height, 5 ft. 9 1/2 in.; weight, 159; hair and complexion, black; build, medium; eyes, maroon; nativity, Oklahoma. Occupation, common laborer.

Bertillon: 74.2, 93.0, 92.5, 18.2, 15.7, 15.2, 6.4, 27.9, 12.6, 9.7, 51.4.

Marks and scars: I. Vaccine scar 7 in. above elbow, outer. II. Horizontal cut scar 1 in. long back of hand close to wrist joint. Small brown blotch mark size of a bean 5 in. above elbow, outer. III. Vertical cut scar 1 in. long on left side of forehead. Horizontal cut scar 3/4 in. long 1 in. below left eye. Small horizontal cut scar on right cheek bone.

Relative: Chas. Lewis, Enid, Okla., brother.
