Mexican. Sentenced June 11, 1908, from Ford county, to a term of 1 to 4 years, for larceny from person. Paroled Sept. 4, 1909. Violated parole Jan. 1, 1910.

Description: Age, 39; height, 5 ft. 2 1/2 in.; weight, 128; hair,. black; complexion, medium; build, medium small; eyes, maroon; nativity, Mexico. Occupation, common laborer.

Marks and scars: I. Large cut scar under left arm-pit. Two small scars from vaccination on upper arm. III. Small mole on left side at root of nose. Large cut scar at upper and outer margin of right eyebrow. V. Small mole at inner and lower margin of right shoulder blade. Scar on top of head, right side.
