Height, 5 ft. 11 1/4 in.; weight, 158; hair, chestnut; eyes, slate-colored; complexion, light; build, tall, slender; age, 22. Born in Kansas. Occupation, fireman.

Marks and scars: I. First fingernail defective, large scar at root of nail. Small scar between first and second joints of third finger, rear. Tattoo in blue of letters F. H. 1 in. long, 4 in. above wrist, front. III. Small scar on right cheek 1 in. below outer corner of right eye. Scar on right side of chin 1 in. below right corner of mouth. Small vertical stab on median line on a line with nipples.
